The one I bought back near the launch is very loud, but one I picked up at a bootsale in almost perfect nick is actually rather quiet. Odd, that.Animated AFhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04550837973910959680noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19634944.post-1138201181646003502006-01-25T14:59:00.000+00:002006-01-25T14:59:00.000+00:00Yeah, great site - already got it in my links bit....Yeah, great site - already got it in my links bit. I havnt actually bought anything off him yet - I wanted HL, but I heard that the DC version is only about 95% complete and this has lead to the version that is availible being really slow and buggy with some horrendous loading times. I'll give it a whirl when I've got the cash though.Tom Charnockhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05593308178739317252noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19634944.post-1138018209512958442006-01-23T12:10:00.000+00:002006-01-23T12:10:00.000+00:00He only did Paypal, and I can't r. be bothered to ...He only did Paypal, and I can't r. be bothered to register, so no. I will get it eventually, but £15 is a sizeable chunk of cash for a DC game (I only payed £6.00 for Red Dog, Ready 2 Rumble 2 and Chu Chu Rocket from gamestation).Tom Charnockhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05593308178739317252noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19634944.post-1138005283821124472006-01-23T08:34:00.000+00:002006-01-23T08:34:00.000+00:00It was rather amusing. The disc read was like "we-we-we-w-wee-we--wee-wee-wee", well you know what it sounds like. I guess the GD-ROM system was entirely designed by Sega, they couldn't just pick a DVD player off the shelf.

....
Although GC's was designed too, and was quiet. I suppose the tech was 3 years newer on the GC.Son_et_lumierehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05282878987859721214noreply@blogger.com
