F1 World Grand Prix 2

This game was recently listed on eBay for the ridiculous price of £27.99! Why?!?!? I wasnt stupid enough to pay that - I think it was about £1.20, but I paid the price again - our old friends at Royal Mail have done an even better demolition job on this box than they did on the Incoming one. Bastards.

But its here - and that's what counts. And if I said it was the best F1 game ever made I dont think I could be called a liar. I have noticed something strange in this game though.

In the showroom mode it is possible to view all the cars from various angles. If you look closely on some of them, they are adorned with sponsorship logos "PlayStation 2"! Is this the only game to feature advertising for a rival console? I'll wager it is, y'know. A picture will follow as soon as my PC decides to start noticing my camera is connected.

That is really quite funny, you would have thought they would have noticed that. Or maybe, they're so obssessed with it being as real a simulation as possible, they left ads for a rival machine on there for accuracy?

If you're into racing games, you should get Daytona USA 2001, and F355 Challenge, although the latter is supposed to be really hard.

Hi,yeah - played it at mate's (shock - two people who have dreamcasts!), ferrari is solid - it's only really playable with all the driving assists on (steering, braking, accelerating), but then it seems as though the DC is doing all the work for you so a bit pointless! Daytona 2001 is pure arcade heaven though. I'm also tryin to get hold of a copy of Half Life - I know a guy who can get all these unreleased games (propellor arena etc) so they should be here soonish. Thanks for your interest in my blog though - didnt think anyone would even look at it, let alone comment!

Oh man, I wanted Propellor Arena so badly; I was so pissed off when they cancelled it "because of 9/11". Do you reckon you could get 2 copies and I could buy one off you?

I found it from a comment you made on UkR. I think it's really cool what you're doing, the DC was criminally underrated, and having a little shrine to it is properly cool.

Go and have a look at my blog then, leave some comments? Cheers.

P.S. How do you change the background and font colour default? I'm thoroughly rubbish at html. Is it possible to use a large image as the background?

To change the colour of the background, you have to go to Template then 'settings' in the blogspot dashboard thingy. I'm going to put the guy's email address on the blog so that you can contact him directly about getting a copy of propellor arena
