Happy Birthday Dreamcast! (Again)

The Sega Dreamcast was released on November 27, 1998 in Japan.

And the dream never died.

(Some guys from Syracuse, NY showing the Dreamcast some love)

So 9 years later lets all remember the Dreamcast and play a bit on the off white box today!

And look forward to what might be coming in the future...

(Fake Dreamcast 2 -Dreamcast Scene)

I know that I have recently gotten some cool games that I want to review soon, so look out for that.

I know I am gonna try out my recently acquired copy of Bangai-O and Tetris today.

All hail the Undead Console!

ALL HAIL! Recently, my DC has enjoyed quite obscene amounts of attention from people wanting to play on it - Chu Chu Rocket being (suprisingly) high on the list of games everyone wants to have a crack on, along with (also quite wierdly) Millenium Soldier: Expendable. Why?!

Expendable is actually a pretty fun game to play for short periods of time.

I have not had the chance to play it with another person but people have told me that that improves the the gmaeplay alot.

In fact I might play a round on that today as well!

Still playing the little beauty more than anything else (even if Mario Galaxy is consuming a lot of my gaming time). Waiting for a copy of REZ (yes, I finally got it!) currently in the post, along with a bunch of other Dreamcast bits and bobs, which I'll possibly write about soon.

I still don't own Expendable, but the demo that came with first Dreamcast magazine is great fun.

I too am still playing my Dreamcast more than my Wii, or in fact, any other console.

Currently revisiting Resident Evil Code Veronica!

All that will change when I pick up Umbrella Chronicles for the Wii on Friday though...

After some months without touching my beautiful little white box, I recently started playing on it again! (and I didn't even know it's birthday was coming!)

I'm currently messing around with Alien Front Online.

I recently started playing again. The DC is my only console, I've been tempted by the Wii, but the games on DC just rule.
i still have the mouse+keyboard in original packaging.. never opened heh.

How do you play FPS or emulated Lucas-soft games without a keyboard and mouse?????

(I still have a DC mouse in original packaging too)

Ahh feck, one of my Dreamcast's decided to celebrate it's birthday by blowing up the controller ports! =(

Well Gagaman(n) it's time to either bridge the fuse with some wire or get the soldering iron out and replace it with a higher end one.
