Here's what I managed to salvage from the carnage:
Sonic and (his cheeky young scamp of a friend) Tails
A nice selection of Dreamcast related media texts and a launch magazine
The 'lid' for a VMU, so now one of my VMUs is complete!

It's amazing what you can find in an attic!

Very nice finds you got yourself you should count yourself lucky that sonic and tails arent in the bin with the homeless right now ;).Your mom is tough too with those kind of messages but glad to know you managed to save all that sega stuff . :)
My cousin made me throw my dreamcast magazine away a long time a go , needless to say we dont speak much anymore . Cheers for the blog and whoa feels like i know you with all these cool blogs you do!
Cheers man...my mum didnt really leave those messages...it's just peotic license! lol
Man i want those sonic and tails plushes they are uber sexy and beat all the terrible Sonic X ones with the voice chip which some kid keep pressing for hours!
I'll just pretend your mother really did leave those messages. It just makes it seem funnier.
Squall - yeah, those Sonic toys were bought in about 1995 or thereabout and have been in a box since about '98. They are of a much higher quality than the newish ones too and look more like the original Sonic from the MegaDrive days - not the fake-ass 'bad boy' Sonic of the Dreamcast!
Any luck finding a Sonic-lovedoll in the attic? Please, contct me if you do...
Cheers
